I found this little guy at my local Goodwill for a whoppin' $2.99. It's probably not worth much more than that and I wasn't quite sure who he was. At first I figured he was Ted or Tammys Dad or maybe even Dr. Littlechap. I don't own any of these guys so I couldn't tell off hand. Once I got him home a quick spin around eBay confirmed for me that he was NOT any of the three. That along with his construction and markings lead me to believe he's a clone.
His torso is indeed hollow plastic, but his arms are solid vinyl and slightly flexible. His legs do bend, but not due to any mechanism. Rather, they are the type that just has a bendable piece of metal inside so they actually can bend at any point and in any direction. His head is soft vinyl as well and although the facial paint is crude to say the least, he does have those oh so sought after high color cheeks that we all flip over on Barbie!
