Today I undertook the global step of converting my FAT from 32 to 16, formatting the HDD and reinstalling Windows! What is bad is that I can't install both Sound Blaster and LAN card to work. The LAN card worked until I installed SB - the same Sb that on the other computer I reinstalled and the same problem! It appeared to be some hidden resources conflict but on my puter the same way of deciding the problem didn't help - the LAN card just doesn't work! I was deleting and redetecting those devices about dozen times (last time it helped) but they don't work together! This SB is some kind of pure shit - Audio Excel, there is a MIDI interface that doesn't work on any machine... But I don't care about it, I care alot about the LAN card for Internet and the rest... Damn, it just wouldn't work. I write that from Polina machine... BTW there is some virus on her puter called AntiCMOS! It is deleted from the memory every time the puter loads but next time it's still there and removed by AVP again. Have to do something about it, but not today - time to go home! Don't like it but Have to leave the SB/LAN conflict resolving for tomorrow. I just have to win in the end, simply not today! :-)
