My heart ached yesterday half a night and is aching today. :-( I had heart problems before but it's long since they've gone... Perhaps it's back because I tried hard to give up smoking, I noticed that when nicotine dose in my body lowered my heart was beginning to ache. First time it was also after trying to give up smoking but I used a nicotine sticker then and thought it's because of it... Now I guess it wasn't the sticker, just nicotine content rates ;-. So I didn't succeed and there is more nicotine in me again and I guess my heart is reacting this way. My sweetest bro have same problems with heart and too much stuff in life to give up smoking now, just like me... and I worry about him, remebering him every time my heart aches because he have also tons of black coffee over it... Well, better switch my mind to work because the thoughts are somewhat sad today. Although the weather is FINEST today - sunshine made me smile all the way to work on the streets :-)
