M4A1 REVIEW

well metals not all that:

The M4 is a superb gun, true to detail and design. the outer shell is made of a ABS plastic and is pretty close to detail, the finish on the main body is sort of a grayish black which does not even compare to the real rifle ( I'm basing the looks on an AR15 which is the closest thing to the M4 that I shot before). But the fore grip and the plastic that the folding stock is made out of is pretty good to real steal. Metal parts include, front site, rear site, barrel, trigger, the shell ejection port flap, the mag catch, the bolt catch, the selcetor switch, weaver rail that is under the carry handle, the re enforcers that attach the carry handle to the weaver rail, the T charging handle, and the inner stock tube (as you can tell lots of metal on this masterpiece). Now I'm going to talk about the site's, the front site post is ajustable up and down by the tool that Marui gives you, the rear site is ajustable up and down right and left and there's windaje ajustment, and there is also two site's, one is a small pin hole for percision semi shooting, and the other one is a bigger one that is for auto, and all you have to do to change site's you just flip one or the other one up so no tools or swiching this or that just simple. And the details include the 5.56mm on the barrel (nice touch by the way), and the colt details on the left and right side ( which you will get them melted if you order yours from 747imports.com Which I did BIG MASTAKE) like the colt simbal on the left side of the gun.

Well the looks check out but is it fit for a commando:

Well stock this gun is excellent, it can out perform any stock gun hands down. I've herd that the M4s clock in at around 287fps but I've estimated mine to shoot around 300fps using the Red Wolf soda can trik "NOT BAD FOR A STOCK GUN EHH." the shooting test are showing extremlly good reaults( conducted by just owning and shooting it, I have not really done and really indepth test but I plan to after I get back from Hawaii ) I can get about a half inch group at 20 feet, and about a half to a foot group at 60 feet ( all my shooting is done with a .20g BB) and in the hands of a skilled marksman with practice you could probably do better (considering I only shoot about once or twice a week) and maximum kill zone is about 120 feet or more depended on the day ( the wind cold ect). On a fully charge battery you can get about 14 rounds a sec or more, I have not really found out exactully how many rounds a sec it shoots I only estimated by how fast I empty the mag. The mags are fairly esay to load there just like the rest of the Marui AEG series, you put the BBs in the loader tube and put the tube in the mag and push the BBs down pull the tube off andinsert thr mag and your ready to go, there is one kinda anoing habit the M series mags have is the gun will not shoot the last 2 to 3 rounds so when you pull the mag out the BBs fall out, not a big deal but if your doing CQB on concrete or softing on dry leaves it might give your position away, but from what I under stand most of the AEG series do that I think some one correct me if I'm wrong but from what I under stand the SIG 551 SWAT is the only gun that does not do that. Well I got to conclude this review I'm writing this on the plain to Hawaii and its approxamitly 2:26 Am my time at home and (9:26 PM in hawaii) and I'm almost out of battery power on my laptop. So any way would I buy this gun if I where you OH in a heart beat would I sugest this gun to any one else apsilutly buy this gun if you don't already have it and if you do buy another one. This is a extremly reliable gun and extremly acurate for a stock gun any way. Well when I get back from Hawaii I'm going to get some closer pictures and put the test findings on and might evan add on to what I got here considering it's late and I'm not really in the right mind expecillay simce I've bin on a plain about 13 an a half hours now. Well this is BACKLASH signing out.

New update I got the range test in. And all of them where done in Semi Auto.

UPDATE 01/15/02: I just looked on here today and saw that the pic for the hopup adjuster was the one for the MP5. I think what I did was name the picture the same thing as the one for the M4A1 review and uploaded it and it write over the other one( I also found out that I lost my files in the process of formating my hard drives and so I have to take the picture again) so the pictures above will be a little lop sided for a few days and there will be one picture that will not show up so just bare with me everybody untill I get it fixed.
