You didn't think we would open up to submissions without rules did you? We reserve the right to reject any story that does not fit our guidelines. You story will be read by at least two people, usually three to assure fair judging. Being as such expect your application to take two to three weeks at least. We have lives too ya know. You will be judged on writing skill and hey, if you don't make it in this time, don't give up. Rework the story, use some of our suggestions or get suggestions from your friends as to how you might improve it.

1)Ratings: Will will not accept anything above PG-13 as far as language and sexual content goes. NO hentai, none! Zippo! Absolutely Natta! 

As far as a violence rating goes we will not accept anything above a R rating. Once again violence levels will be judged by if they are vital to the story or not. This meaning that Usagi should not just pull out a gun and blow Chibi-Usa's head off. If she does so she had better have a very good reason. A VERY good reason.

2) Length: We have no limit on how long or short a story is. It can be as short as a couple of paragraphs or as long as the epic Wildflowers. Please keep in mind that the longer the story that you submit, the longer it will take for us to read and determine if we wish to add it to the collection or not.

3a) Subject Matter: This is a Sailor Moon web site. Therefore keep all stories that you submit about Sailor Moon. You may send us the BEST DBZ fanfic ever written in the history of the world. But it will be rejected because it is not Sailor Moon. Also it isn't difficult to make the story Alternate Universe material. We will only accept stories that are alternate universe because this is the Universe Collection after all. AU is pretty easy to write. The characters may not even act as they would in the series, as long as it is well written we do not mind.

3b)Crossovers: We will allow crossovers so long as minimal description of the series being crossed over with Sailor Moon is given so the reader has a little background it. Also Sailor Moon must be the main story in the crossover. You can have elements from other series but Sailor Moon must be the main story.

4) Submit only work that belongs to you! We can not stress this enough. If we find that you have submitted the work of another writer we will notify that writer and ask for permission to host their story if we find it good, and remove your name from the list. We will not accept ANY stories from you after the first offense of story theft.

5)Have fun. The point of writing fan-fiction is to have fun. So enjoy yourself as you write.

We are in no way the end all be all of fan-fic writing. We might not like your particular style. So what. Submit it else where. Maybe somebody else likes it. It's no big deal really. Now comes the fun stuff:
