This manga is about a boy, Keiichi who was ordering take out when he accidently called the Goddess hotline. The beautiful goddess, Belldandy materialized and offered to grant one wish. Keiichi, thinking this was a joke, wished that Belldandy would stay with him always. And so Belldandy is binded with a contract to the dumbfounded Keiichi. The following tales unveil Belldandy's two other sisters, the older and half demon, Urd, and the younger, Skuld. This group is quite a laugh! Enemeies appear and they all seem to have this thing with Keiichi, even though he is just a dork. Skuld is jealous of Keiichi getting so much attention from Belldandy while Urd is just trying to get Belldandy and Keiichi together... Of course, Belldandy and Keiichi do develop feelings towards one another but at their slower, sweeter pace. Lots of people show up, both from heaven and hell. What are their malicious plans???

I think the drawings improved a great deal and they are simply fabulous! Keiichi is cute and adorable and, one must say, extremely lucky. The goddesses stories are a laughing riot as well as holding some sort of moral. It's quite good! One problem is that the plots are a bit predictive sometimes, but otherwise, I think the story has many good points such as loniness, happiness, and of course love. Currently, the manga is still in the making over in Japan... so we don't know the ending...
The goddesses are sweet in the end. The storylines get a bit out there sometimes with a robot falling for a machine but the moral is nice. The funny competitions between Urd and Skuld make the manga worthwhile. But Belldandy and Keichii drag out their feelings towards one another.. and doesn't get resolved too soon. They're not in denial, just a bit slow in getting it going.
