Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Stars Summaries and Spoilers
The Fifth Season- SAILOR STARS
Spoiler- This is very simplified since I haven't seen it. Everyone's star seed is taken including Mamoru's and the brave Outer Senshis. The Star Senshis are still alive though. The final battle is with Sailor Moon and Galaxia. Little Chibi Chibi is actually Galaxia's star seed that she herself sent out to outer space. Galaxia isn't really so bad. Her goal once was to take up all the chaos within herself to keep the world safe, but slowly the chaos began to corrupt her. So Sailor Moon makes Galaxia see the light and all the light seeds are returned to their rightful owners... meaning no deaths. Then everyone goes to see Seiya, Yaten, Taiki and their princess Kakyou off. Seiya sorta hints at his affection towards Usagi and she responds that they'll be friends forever. He's disappointed and then warns Mamoru to take care of her. Then Mamoru and Usagi are in the park reflecting over all their past and then they kiss. Then, after the credits Usagi says: "It's the End".

Finally, in the last chapter of this Sailormoon series, alien Sailor Senshis appear including Sailor Chibi Chibi, Sailor Star Fighter (Seiya Kou), Sailor Star Maker (Taiki Kou), and Sailor Star Healer (Yaten Kou). This is the ulitmate battle between light and darkness.
To tell the truth, I almost didn't watch this series at all. I only saw the intial part where the outer senshis cooperate with the inner senshis to defeat a unrepentant Nephrenia from Sailormoon SuperS. Mamoru gets possessed and chibimoon starts disappearing because of that. In the end after all the senshis have fallen into mirror prisons, Sailormoon was able to make Nephrenia remember the loneliness she felt as a child and wish to go to a normal childhood.
Afterwards, all I know is that 3 famous singers, called the "Three Lights" transfers to Usagi, Ami. Makoto, and Minako's high school. Chibi Usa goes back to the future and Mamoru goes to America to study. These three famous singers are the Star Light Senshis and their goal is to seek out their princess through songs of prayer. The leader, Seiya Kou starts developing feelings for Usagi and well since Mamoru is temporarily not there, Usagi is a bit confused, although, believe me she is very loyal. Both Haruko and Michiru are protective of their own princess and warns the other Star Senshis against hurting Usagi.
The new boss is Galaxia who is corrupted with some goal on trying to take all the star seeds that only sailor senshis have. Her minions are Sailor Senshi have lost their star seed and depend on bracelets to survive. Also. a little girl who shows up with heart shape odangos who Usagi's mom tells her is her little sister... it's speculated that this is either Usagi's second daughter from the future or even Chibi Usa's child.
