"Celebrating a Century of Shows" 1900 - 2000 In April 2000 North America's first auto show will celebrate its 100th birthday, marking a century of automotive history, innovation, and excitement. While the 2000 New York International Auto Show will showcase the auto industry's most exciting and unique visions of the future with dozens of spectacular concept cars, we promise to offer a historic look back at America's first through ninety-ninth auto shows. And, as always, the New York Auto Show will feature hundreds of today's hottest cars, trucks, and SUVs. How else would we get the reputation as "the world's largest showroom"? Public Show Dates: Saturday, April 22 - Sunday, April 30 Location: Jacob K. Javits Convention Center 11th Avenue between 34th & 39th Streets Public Show Hours: Sundays 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday - Saturday 11 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Ticket Prices and Information: $9 adults, $3 children under 12 $1 off general admission tickets for groups of 10 or more. Tickets are available at the door or through Ticketmaster.
