People think Christians are narrow-minded because we believe Jesus is the only way to heaven. If anything, my faith in Jesus has opened my mind to all kinds of things that I used to think were impossible. Before she became pregnant the angel Gabriel told Mary about her miraculous virgin birth of Jesus. When Mary questioned Gabriel he said, "With God nothing shall be impossible." (Luke 1:37) Christians believe it's not only possible that an angel appeared to Mary and had a conversation with her, but that it actually happened. We also believe what Gabriel told her, that she would be a pregnant virgin, pregnant with God in human form. How's that for open-mindedness? We also believe everything in the Bible, including all the prophecies that have been fulfilled and those that have yet to be fulfilled. We believe all the miracles in the Bible really happened, including all the miracles Jesus did. We believe He died for our sins, rose from the grave, ascended to heaven, is always praying for us, and will return soon. There's a saying, "The sky's the limit." That's pretty limiting. People are limited, but God is limitless. There are no limits to His love, grace, mercy, forgiveness, compassion, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, self-control, power, ability, strength, might, presence, knowledge, wisdom, speed, courage, etc.
