Anthy is our other main character. She is the Rose Bride who used to be engaged to Saionji, but then became engaged to Utena, and remains that way for the rest of the series. (Except the one duel that Touga won, but obviously, Utena won her back.)      She supposedly has no will of her own, and sometimes it even seems so, but in truth, Anthy does have her own thought process, proving this by saving Utena on a few occasions. Her friend is Chuchu, a monkey-mouse looking thing that eats constantly, but appaerntly Anthy doesn't care.      Her brother is Akio Ohtori, Trustee Chairman of Ohtori Academy, whom she visits on weekends.....yes.....Later after Akio appears there is an obvious fight over Utena's attention between Akio and Anthy, and I don't know who wins out in the end. Anthy moves into Akio's tower with Utena, and once again, I haven't seen past episode 25, so I can't tell you much else.
