Miki is on the Student Council and though I'm not sure, my guess would be that he's the secretary because he's always recording what is said in the Student Council meetings. He's a shy little genius boy, who everyone likes just because he's so cute! Or maybe that isn't why, but he is helpful, often popping up to explain things.      Before and even after his duel with Utena, they are rather good friends are always hanging out together, talking and eating lunch and such. He's not evil and manipulative like most of the other males in the series, which may be another reason a lot of people like him. In fact, he's very honest and straight forward, but always trying to be inoffensive.      He has a twin sister named Kozue, who he looks out for and cares about..even after she pulls a sword out of him. Miki used to play the piano with his sister, but itturns out that one day when they were supposed to perform together, Miki got very ill and becuase she wasn't very good, Kozue refused to play the piano, and hasn't played since, causing Miki great personal greif, and anger towards her at the same time.
