Doc's Corner:

3/28/03: IMPORTANT LEAGUE NEWS: All-Star weekend should be fun for all. The event schedules will soon be posted. (including times for any PBP's that will be offered)

EVERY SINGLE PLAYER in the league can send in 30 points a week for 2 weeks (60 upgrade points total) instead of upgrading. Starting Sunday 23rd, and again on Sunday 30th. Just send in the points and place them like normal on your players. We will resume normal upgrading after the 2 weeks.

PICKEM'S, BONUS POINTS, and ALL-STAR points earned are the only additional points that you can earn for upgrades during this 2 week period.

NEW PLAYERS THAT WANT TO JOIN THE USIBL: You will need to post on the MESSAGE BOARD an application for your player, along with sending the info to the e-mail address. (include your IM, and prior leagues you have been in as a reference) This will be required in order for an applicant to be considered.
