PARADISE...
since April 2001, i've been stationed here at MCBH Kaneohe Bay, HI, and i love it. i thought that Monterey, CA was a beautiful duty station, but nothing compares to this... the water is so clear and blue, the fish are so colorful, the waves are so big... i could definately see myself living here after the military. both of these beaches are on base, but we live about 5 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Kailua Beach. white sand, a little island not far from the shore, lots of people walking dogs and running... i love it here. i couldn't have gotten a better duty station. |
