Novice Ladies Short Program Practice
The sound system was under a check during some of the breaks and ice resurfacing. The O Canada national anthem started to play. Some other anthems were played. I believe the Arena serves as a host to some hockey games, so maybe that's why they have the different anthems.
Novice Ladies Short Program Warm Up Group 1:
The practice sessions were now arranged by draw of the order the short program would be skated instead of the designated practice groups. There was no program music played for anyone, and it was just a general warm up group. At this point, all the girls present bowed before leaving the ice. Those in this group included Lindsey Wilson, Jessica Lee, Brittany Vise, Cara Kinney, and Christine Zukowski. Crystal Shum was not in attendance. Brittany Vise was the last one to leave the warm up ice.
Novice Ladies Short Program Warm Up Group 2:
This group was comprised of Danielle Shepard, Tenile Victorsen, Molly Oberstar, Juliana Cannarozzo, Katrina Hacker, and Megan Oster. The ladies practiced mostly jumps during this session. Danielle Shepard fell on a jump in the corner and retried it in that spot successfully a few times.
