WARNING: Do not attempt to travel though Buenos Aires. Current riots over economic polocy have left the normally peacful capital in chaos. While the riots aren't directed at Americans they can be sudden, violent, and unpredictable. Gathering of any sort, even those seeming peacful should be avoided.
