Cold Hardy Palm List and Information: Whether a palm tree can survive a period of cold depends on many factors. Including but not all inclusive are: Age of the palm tree, health of the palm, genetic makeup, the duration of the cold spell, relative humidity, microclimate, protection from the elements (whether natural or artificial) and the makeup of the soil. With these things in mind, I will list thirty eight palm trees with their minimum temperatures.
