UPCOMING EVENTS

JANUARY 12th, 2002:

First quarterly meeting to be held in Texas City, Texas. This is being hosted by the Texas city K-9 Division.The meeting will be held at the Texas City Police Dept., located at 1004 9th Ave. N. Contact Bruce Stewart or Brett Cyr if you have any questions.

 

FEBRUARY 24th through MARCH 1st, 2002:

USPCA National Training Seminar to be held in Georgetown, Texas. Log on to the USPCA National home page and download the information sheet and registration forms.

 

APRIL 17th through APRIL 20th, 2002:

USPCA National Narcotic Detector Dog Competition to be held in Huntsville, Alabama. Log on to USPCA home page for information and registration downloads.

 

MAY 26th through May 31st, 2002:

Region 20 Annual PD1 and Narcotic Detector Dog Certification to be held in San Antonio, Texas. Also the 2nd quartlerly meeting will be held during this week. For further information contact Andy Lopez with the Bexar County Constables Office.

 

JULY 2002:

There will be some sort of fun day or one day seminar. If anyone has any ideas contact Phillip Paris.

 

SEPTEMBER 2002:

The Garland K-9 Division will be hosting the 3rd Annual Iron Dog Competition in Rowlett, Texas. There will be more informatio0n posted when the event gets closer. OCTOBER 2002:

USPCA National PD1 competition will be held in Florida. Log on to the USPCA home page for information and registration downloads.

Sherman K9 Division will be hosting a one day PD2 tracking certification trial. Dates have not been finalized asof yet. For more information contact James Harris or Jeremy Jones at (903)892-7290.

 

DECEMBER 2002:

We will be having a USPCA Region 20 Christmas party for all members and their spouses. This event will be held in early December in Georgetown, Texas and hotel arrangements will be announced or anyone interested in staying overnight. We will also be having our 4th quarterly meeting at this time.
