| Memorial Service |
| Monday (19/03/2001) - A memorial service was held for the 5 students who were killed in an accident March 18, 2000. The non-religious service was held at 6pm in between D and T blocks. A memorial plaque was placed at the Palm Garden between the buildings. Also involved in the service were the Toowoomba Council for International Students (TCIS), Fr Des Coates, the president of the USQMSA, Student Services Staff, Mr Morry Lee and a friend of the late students. |
