Subject: [USS CHESAPEAKE] SB DELTA/CINCGREEN: CEO's assignment

Scene:	CINCGREEN's Office, SB DELTA, Vulcan, 40 Eridani

Lieutenant Mary Driscoll glanced up, wincing. She could never
understand why so many of the people coming to see the Admiral
felt it necessary to shout at her. Jokinen had once commented
that he was often able to hear them all the way from the outer
office. And the door and the walls weren't exactly thin. Well, at
least this one didn't spit.

"Ensign Armstrong... " she muttered to herself, checking her
lists, and then, after finding the correct entry, she opened a
communication link to the inner office. 

"Sir, Ensign Armstrong is here to see you." 

[Send him in,] came a quick reply, and Driscoll closed the link,
pressing a button to open the impressive double doors. 

"Go on in," she then told Armstrong, who nodded, and walked into
the inner office.

The doors closed behind the Ensign, and he proceeded to the desk
that dominated the back of the room. "Ensign Tarell M'Dor
Armstrong, reporting for assignment!" he announced himself,
coming to attention. 

"At ease, Ensign," the Admiral said, and then took the PADD
Armstrong handed to him over the desk. He quickly checked its
contents, and then touched a few buttons to upload new orders. 

"The USS CHESAPEAKE needs a CEO," Jokinen then said. "You will be
taking a D-Warp shuttle there from shuttlebay 2. Warrant Officer
Second Class Timothy Brink is your pilot. Any questions?" 

Jokinen paused almost long enough to give a chance to think about
a question to ask, before continuing. "Good. Here are your
boarding orders," he said, handing the PADD to Armstrong. 

"Welcome to Green Fleet, and good luck on your assignment. 
Dismissed."
