Tezi was born on the fifth of November, 2353, in Deliz on Rutia IV to Renez and Sally Gironc.Mr. Gironc was the Rutian ambassador for Terra III for 14 years. There he met Sally Friedrichson, a scientist working at the UFP-Academy. They married and moved to Rutia IV, the Rutian home planet.
Tezi has two sisters, Mally and Fotoh, who are both older. Tezi was raised in the Terran-Rutian community of Rutia IV, so he knows both worlds. In 2372, during the Rutian Civil War, Tezi was sent to earth by his parents to enroll in the UFP-Academy.

| Tezi is a warm, gentle person who acts like a typical martial artist. He is quite shy against the soft sex. Tezi also can tell a good friend from a foe or a false friend. Takes his people´s religion very seriously. He is also quite fond of Deltan women.
