Born on the 24.07.2338 as first son of Wayne and Lisa Hussey. Mick grew to become a hard working lad as his farther owned a factory. Mick always had to help
out where he could.His father had plans for him to study and take over the factory, but Mick decided to join Starfleet after studying engineering. His father wasn't too pleased about his decision, but never blamed his son for deserting the family.
It was the summer of 2355 when Mick Hussey joined the Acadamy. He passed all entrance exams as an above average student, both in physical and psychological aspects. In 2357 Hussey decided to speciallize in engineering which pleased the Starfleet lectures, as good engineers were becoming seldom. In 2359 he completed the Acadamy and soon found himself on a science vessel as an engineering officer. His career was to become as his professors had promised him.
2362 turned out to be a good year for the young ensign. After been on the science vessel for just under a year he was posted to the USS Cairo. At last he was in the depths of space and had all the tasks an engineer desired. He served on the Cairo for 3 years, running through the ranks to finally become a Lt.
In 2365 Hussey spent some time in the Starfleet Development and Research Center on Janara. He worked on new designs of starships and warp drives.
It was some wonderful autumn day in 2366 when he decided he had had enough of research and development and that he needed a ship. He went straight to Starfleet HQ on Janara and requested a posting. The HQ took they're time to decide his fate and just as he had given up all hope he recieved a message posting him to Earth HQ.
In the current year of 2367 he was promoted to the rank of Lt. Cmdr. and assigned to the USS Maelstrom where he now will take over the resposibility of engineering.
