Williams is a born organiser. Can play 74 musical instruments at once. Slow to anger. Cool under fire. Great diplomatic skills were very useful in bringing the 2366 Mosckoa 51 mutiny to a peaceful end. Won the Plutotian Red Cross (2/6/2365) in the attack on Citon 3, was severely wounded.
Won the British VC (4/7/2366) when he foiled an assassination attempt on the Earth President, was wounded twice - in the arm and stomach badly.
