Physical Description: Voot, as a large majority of the non-Andorians call him, is an Andorian. He is around 6'8" and weighs around 200 pounds. He has a dark bluish skin coloring, like most Andorians. He also has silver colored hair, which is medium length, about half the way down his neck. His eyes are almost clear like, as Andorian eyes, don't hold color. Unlike humans, Andorians see and feel mostly with their antennae, which is also a big part of who each Andorian is. Unfortunately Voot was only born with one antennae. This deformity has brought anguish and pain not only physically to Voot throughout his life, but also socially. He was in general an outkast on his home planet of Andor. Therefore, he finds it hard to befriend any of his own kind and a large reason why he joined Starfleet to get away from his own species.

Personal Information:

Voot has six brothers and sisters and both of his parents are still living, however he hasn't talked to any of them in years, as not going into the family business and leaving his homeworld was strongly frowned upon by his family. This has not held Voot back, as he has succeeded strongly in all he has done.

Voot is known for his outspoken opinions, which sometimes get him in trouble. He usually tells it like it is and lets you know whatever is on his mind, but also he has a very feminine side of caring, which only few have seen in very intimate occasions.
Although overall Voot is a very stable person he at times is very self-conscious about who he is, because of his childhood and growing up on Andor and only have one antennae.

Career History: Voot flew through the academy and up through the ranks in the Science Department of Starfleet. Voot has spent most of his career serving aboard the USS Excalibur. Where he has risen up the ranks to Assistant Chief Science Officer.

Hobbies/Interests/Misc.: He like most Andorians revere nature and the environment more than anything else. Voot's main area of study has been zoology and the study of the impact of humans on different environments.
Voot has found ship life difficult and spends a lot of his shore-leave in a more natural environment. As he can only stand living aboard a ship in space only for too long.
