NPC | Any non-played character listed on the roster will have this as his/her left collar pip. This allows visitors and new-comers to know who is an NPC, and who is real. |

| Starfleet Naval | 
|
SFN | This pip can be worn by Starfleet Officers who, during special ocassions wish to have a pip on their right collar. |

SFN | This pip can be worn by Starfleet Officers who, do not wear Pilot's Wings, who are on duty which requires the Marine Green (ex: Naval Officers who serve aboard the Churchill). |

SFM | This pip is worn by Marines when they are wearing the any other duty color. Although Marines do not recieve special treatment, this can allow them in to more secure areas without a full security check, (Ex: The Marine Bunkers/Command Areas). |
