EarthForce "Dress Uniform" Command Dept.      Command uniforms are worn by those who work in CinC, or are part of the top-level admin staff of the station and/or ship. The Commanding Officer's position bar is actually two colors, silver for Command, and Gold to signify he/she is the C.O.
Dress uniforms are worn at any special function attended by EarthForce personnel. The dress uniforms of noncoms were shown to be missing certain details, but which did not lower the quality of the uniform any.
