Well, to join the email sim all you really have to do is just Click here StarTrek:The Sim and subscribe to the sim.  Just a warning the Captain and the Commanding Officer will have to approve or deny your membership.  *Don't worry it will be approved.*

You will also need to join at StarTrek:The Sim.
