Personal History:
Jell was born in Heavyside Layer, the capitol city of the Kzinti homeworld. His parents, Grizzabella and Dueteronomy along with his 3 brothers and 2 sisters were killed when a borg ship attacked the freighter they were traveling on. He was saved by an old klingon woman who was raising him and two others as her own children. He was brought to the Scorpius when the old Klingon woman took ill.
Personality:
Extremely friendly, and outgoing. Has a cleanliness fetish and can often be seen taking a bath. Enjoys dancing and prancing about. Has a keen ear and has learned basic knowledge of communications systems throughout where he has lived.
Education:
Standard education up to third grade. He has also been taught some of the history of the Klingons, but has had trouble understanding alot of it.
