| Jake entered Starfleet Academy
at 18. His parents encouraged Jake and his brother to join
Starfleet. Jake joined Starfleet with his brother, Jacob.
Jake's first year at the Academy was spent training for Security.
Jake then took on Hazard Operations in his second year, after hearing
all the stories from seasoned officers. As a third year cadet,
Jake went to Command School. He took Temporal Investigations in
the last 6 months of his third year. Graduating early from the
Academy, with the rank of Ensign. Jake served on the USS Black
Diamond as a Security Officer for 2 years, getting a promotion to
Deputy Chief of Security. Served another year as Deputy Chief of
Security, getting another promotion to Chief of Security. Served
another 2 years getting a final promotion onboard the USS Black Diamond
to Executive Officer. Served 2 Years until the Black Diamond was
destroyed by a plasma discharge, all hands escaped. Jake received
a promotion to Captain and transferred to Starfleet Command Temporal
Investigations Division as an Investigator. He served there for 2
years, when heard about a new fleet opening up based in the Delta
Quadrant. Jake put in his request to be assigned there. His
requested was granted and he was given his first command, the USS
Templar, a Time ship built on the Defiant Class Escort. |
