Our Name is defined as "United States Submarine Veterans of World War II"
incorporated under the Non-profit Corporation Act of the State of New Jersey, and the State of Colorado.

The purposeof this organization is: "To perpetuate the memory of those shipmates who gave their lives in submarine warfare; to further promote and keep alive the spirit and unity that existed among United States Navy Submarine crewmen during World War II; to promote sociability, general welfare, and good fellowship among it's members; and pledge loyalty and patriotism to the United States government."
