Comments : I was on the Ashland enroute to Thessalonika Greece from the joint Nato exercises in Crete. The Russians came close enough for them to see us reminding them of their IQ.

More comments : If there was one ship I thought we might be faster than, it would have been the Walworth County. Three days after leaving Little Creek, the rest of the ships lost patience, and went on to the Med without us. Our ship was shaking to keep up at 13 knots.
