Taldan Andren is 205cm tall, with a slim but muscular build. His face is rugged but handsome, marred only by a faint scar running down his left cheek. His eyes are unusual, a deep blue, with flecks of a strange gold colour mixed in. His skin is a deeper blue than is normal for Andorians but not so unusual as to call for comment. His demeanor is one of an adventurous happy go lucky friendly individual.
Specialist Skills:
He has a deep intrest in space science - Stellar Cartography, Astrogation and Astrophysics being his specialities. He is an expert fighter with the traditional Andorian dueling dagger the three bladed Chakka.He is a determined athlete, and runs marathons.
Personal Strengths:
As an Andorian he is faster than the average human, and has a better reaction time. His antennae give him superb hearing and an excellent sense of smell, along with superior vision that extends into the infra red part of the spectrum. Personally his strengths are his quick, analytical mind and easy going personality.Notable Weaknesses:
Taldan's one notable weakness is his fear of large bodies of water.
Personality Profile:
Taldan is unusual for an Andorian as he has no problem interacting with others. And infact he enjoys socialising, and is fiercely loyal to his friends. He is an adventurous soul, and is always willing to try something new and exciting. His sense of adventure sometimes overides his common sense getting him into trouble. He has recently been introduced to the Terran drink - Hot chocolate, and is turning into something of an addict. He has an undying hatred of the Borg.General Background:
Taldan is single, he hasn't found the right woman yet. He is from one of the city's on Andoria centred around a geothermally fed icemelt area on one of Andoria's many glaciers. He is used to, and prefers cold weather, though he is comfortable at Terran room temperature. His parents are scientists on one of Andoria's orbital stations. His father a particle physicist and his mother a Chemist. He has one sibling, an older sister. She was a Marine Biologist and was studying the marine life at the New Providence colony on Jouret VII when the borg made their first incursion into Federation space. She was either killed or assimilated.Service History:

2361: USS Radiant a Nebula Class cruiser on a scientific mission studying the Teridian nebula. A Nebula near the Romulan neutral zone that gives of strange energy emissions that at random intervals disrupt warp travel over a diameter of 1 light year.
2365: USS Radient on patrol along the Cardassian border. Promotion: Lieutenant.
2369: USS Xavier. A Galaxy Class Heavy Explorer assigned to patrol and conduct scientific studies in the region of Deep Space 9. Limited action against domminion forces. Promotion: Lieutenant Commander.
2373: Transfer to USS Warspite. Head of Science department.
