The Ferengi employ a large number of B'rel class warbirds purchased from the Klingons. In all respects they are identical to Klingon ships except that they don't enjoy the benefit of the continual upgrade program in the Klingon navy. That is unless, of course, the Ferengi were able to negotiate a refit program alongside the purchase of the vessels.
