Next to Nothing is known of these ship's capabilities. The type has only been encountered twice by the Federation. The first occasion being Admiral Jarok's infamous defection in 2366 and the second being the Enterprise D's encounter with a Warpdrive Technology test bed version during a catastrophic accident in 2368. In the first case the vessel was destroyed before the Federation could recover it and the the second returned to Romulan space unstudied, but could hardly be considered representative of the type anyway.
