CYA Crossroads Retreat Ma'am Pereras invited us to join the Crossroads and bet that she would cut-off her head if we will not find the retreat good. The class, through the encouragement of Tita Belen, went in a convoy in Sitio Lucia in Sta. Maria, Bulacan on September 10-11, 2005 to participate in the said activity. Highlights: The group dominated the retreat with our actions coincidental to the theme “Wild at Heart”. We went wild! Jr found his “love team” Danny (a commercial model) through a game. Jeff brought a DVD player and the guys had movie marathon that night. Jeff went kicking as he danced YMCA song while Cris sang it through the “videoke”. Go Jeff. We made a vow living our lives for the Lord. Ehem. Jamming all the time with worship songs. The group officially made “Prince of Peace” as our favorite song in CYA. You are holy… After the retreat, the group in Mike and Alex’s car stretched to Jr’s house in Nueva Ecija. (We arrived there almost 12 midnight and we get to meet Jr’s relatives and friends)
