As of late my website,
The Philosopher's Stone, has undergone many changes, which reflect
very closely the vector shifts in my own search for the absolute
truth. What had started as a spiritually based pursuit of the
truth through modern scientific theory, has morphed to an approach
best described as
Kabbalistic Alchemy
You must understand
that it was only when I hit the limits of science, and leapt
beyond, that I realized the ultimate truth that is so simple
yet cannot be spoken; modern science led me to Alchemy.
This truth-which-cannot-be-spoken
can only be realized once you've set out on your own personal
journey. Everyone's is different, that's why it's called a 'personal'
journey, and can really only be found by you; but I can tell
you how to start:
Create something
and give it away, all the while believing you'll be shown the
way.
It doesn't matter
what or to whom, as long as you put your best effort into making
real the image you had in mind and then give it away to whomever
you think might like it. You might say that this is sort of
like when your son or daughter creates a paper tie for you in
school for Father's day (no offence ladies, this is a personal
metaphor). If this idea doesn't offend you but in fact excites
you, anywhere inside, then you're Journey and the truth, will
be most obvious.
For in creating freely,
you are in fact doing the work of God. This is creation magic.
Although it can be used to do just about everything, it is only
really effective, at the start, for showing you your Tao. Once
on your path, whatever you need to move forward will make it's
way easily to you, as long as you continue to do some of the
Great Work, i.e. creating freely.
This is the new direction
of the site. By creating art or writing essays, which are posted
to this site, you give them away to the world. I don't make
any money off the site, other than items sold of my own artwork
through another intermediary - and so far that totals the big
fat duck's egg. Even if you decide to publish the works at a
later date, the truth is, this will almost certainly be due
to your having posted them with The Philosopher's Stone in the
first place. And hey, if you or your publisher doesn't like
the idea of them being on my site at any time in the future,
I'll remove them.
