Article II. Membership
Section 1 - Any individual pursuing a diploma or degree at a recognized secondary or post-secondary educational institution, or be within a calendar year of being so enrolled, or be currently engaged in an apprenticeship, either part or full-time upon payment of dues as outlined below shall be eligible for membership in the CDU:
Section 2 - No applicant shall be denied membership based on race, creed, religion, gender, physical or mental ability, marital status, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, or arrest record or conviction.
Section 3 - No applicant shall be denied membership based on Utah residency.
Section 4 - Any individual shall become a member of CDU upon payment of student membership dues and receipt of such dues by the state officers of CDU. |
