Article VI. Bylaws
Section 1 - The CDU shall establish Bylaws. All Bylaws shall be binding on the officers and committees of the CDU and all chapters of the CDU. No Bylaw may conflict
with the Constitution of the CDU, YDU, CDA or the USDC.
Section 2 - There shall be two (2) procedures to amending the Bylaws:
2.1. The Bylaws shall be amendable by a majority vote of the annual State Convention.
2.2. The Bylaws shall be amendable between annual State Conventions by the following procedure:
2.2.a. A proposed amendment shall be submitted in writing to the Executive Board and all chapter chairpersons.
2.2.b. At a subsequent meeting of the Executive Board, the proposed amendment shall be considered. The amendment must receive a majority vote of the seated
Executive Board to be incorporated in the Bylaws. |
