Each commander is free to choose their own executive officers and staff. Each commander is also free to fire these individuals as well. PERSCOM shall be notified of any personnel changes in any unit. Commanders should review each person's service record thoroughly to choose the best possible people for their commands.

VI. Flight and Work Schedules
A. Individual commanders set their units work or flight schedule. These schedules will be posted on the unit's home page. Criteria will be set forth by higher commands on what needs to be accomplished by these schedules.

B. Training Flights may be conducted at any time with a commander's consent. These flights should be listed on a schedule on the unit's home page. Any multiple aircraft training flights conducted on the internet (the Zone) should have air traffic control if at all possible. Try to coordinate your training with the ATC at your air base.

C. If you cannot comply with your work/flight schedule simply let your commander know. A reason is not needed. We all have personal lives to live and this is only a hobby. We only ask that you participate as much as you're able.
