PROVO


Provo is Utah's second largest city. It is situated between the Wasatch Mountains and Utah Lake. The mountains surrounding Provo provide excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities.

There are 14 miles of paved bike & roller blading trails.

Bridal Veil Falls
At the base is a shallow, cold swimming hole.


Provo is located in the middle of the state, about 45 miles south of Salt Lake City.


Provo Canyon parallels the Provo River.

The Hines Mansion was built in 1895. Though restored in the mid-1970s and again in 1995, it retains its Victorian tranquility and charm.

The Provo Arts Council in partnership with America's Freedom Festival produces a spectacular patriotic art exhibit every summer.

Local artists are invited to participate.
