Some Verses from Mystery

I'll Miss You

Someday, when I go away,
so very far away,
I'll miss you.

Ill remember your face,
a sweet, tranquil one,
a face worth a thousand words,
I'll remember that face,
and I'll miss you.

I'll remember your smile,
your sweet, gentle smile,
a smile that could bring
joy to a million hearts.
I'll remember that smile,
and I'll miss you.

I'll  remember your voice,
Oh! So sweet and musical,
like the sweet sound of a dove's feet.
I'll remember that voice,
and I'll miss you.

The memories are not few,
when I think of them anew,
Now that you are so far away,
I'll remember you,
and I'll miss you.

Love Changes All

There she was,
standing in the corner,
probably
waiting for the bus,
to take her to places unknown.

Her whole life,
had been sheltered,
a life of a recluse,
a life so lonely,
that she had forgotten how to even talk.

Then in the flash of a moment,
everything changed.
' Tis said that opposites attract,
and how true it was.

He was dashing, sauve,
she demure, simple.
He wanted to go places,
all she wanted was a home.

So it came to pass,
that they decided to find,
a new home.
And so I saw her standing,
waiting for the bus,
waiting,
for a new life,
because,
love changes all.
