Introductions and Overview
Attendees were Susan, Carol, Candie, Ruth, Shirley, Dale, John, Holly,Steve,Jeannie, Patrick, John, David, James, Bill ,Greg ,Micheal.

Financials
 finance was not discussed

On the Full Moon Celebration, May 1st there be a silent auction beginning at 6:30 pm. Ollis will coordinate.

Education

There will be no class following CUUPS meeting until April after the Wicca 101 is complete. Carol will teach a class in April; Mary and Candie will teach a class on gemstone/crystal wrapping in May.

The remaining CUUPS Wicca 101 class are as follows:

The April 5th meeting will be moved to the small dome so a concert can be held in the large dome.

Church activity : Marjorie has requested that CUUPS help out with Earthday April 18TH,2004.

Buildings and Grounds

Mary & Ollis started working on the pentacle, for the herb garden, gathering at the herb garden Sat.3/6/04 at 10am, for anyone who wants to help place bricks down.

New Business

David submitted a letter sent to him, for his newletter, reguarding the limited amount of groups that do ritual at the Fullmoon celebrations, The ritual committee will review letter, and respond if warrented.

Ollis presented Susan with a willow staff, for doing a wonderful job as our treasurer, for 3 years. Susan resigned her position at last months CUUPS meeting.

A description of what CUUPS is and its Bylaws were read at the meeting, in response and inpart referring to Dales greivence. Mary responded to dale about the statement he read at the meeting last month. A talking stick was used to ensure that order would be kept during the discussion. CUUPS council members and CUUPS members in attendance at last months meeting,were allowed to voice their thoughts, in reguards to the greivence and how it was handled.The decision was made that Dale would not be welcomed at any CUUPS functions at the UU church for the period of 1 year and a day.

Next Meeting

The next meeting will be April 5, 2004 at 7 p.m.(small dome) Carols class on Chakras will follow the meeting.
