Introductions and Overview

Financials

Our budget to spend for the year is $250.00. Our expected donation to the church is $1,200 for the year. In May we brought in $69.00 in the monetta, $15.00 from classes and $562.52 in from the silent auction. We've already exceeded our goal for the year! We're up to $1962.76 for the year! Coming up we still have a silent auction and the Witch's Masquerade Ball, and we haven't touched our budget.

Education

Class schedule for the year:
June 5th, there will be a dream workshop.
July 3rd, a class on Palmistry.
August 7th, a class on oil blending.
September, no meeting
October 2nd, a calss on Candles and Spells by Loren
November 6th, a workshop on making wands and staffs
December 4th, a class on Kitchen Witchery

Ritual Commitee

The ritual calendar for 2006 is full.

June ritual will be performed by Circle Shalee

July ritual will be performed by Sacred Woods Coven, Headed by Lady StarPuma.

August ritual will be performed by Between Worlds Coven

September ritual will be performed by As Always Coven

October ritual will be performed by Circle of One.

November ritual will be a Bardic Circle Led by Lord Sunfire.

December ritual will be performed by Sacred Oaks Circle.

Out Reach

Drumming circle & discussion is on a summer break, if there's enough interest, the regular drum circles will resume in the fall.

Witches' Masquerade

• This year's masquerade will be a Harry potter themed party.
• Large pieces of cardboard are needed to decorate to look like wood grain.
• Ideas for a menu are needed. Easy-to-prepare food is better. Harry Potter themed cookies will be availible.
• Jamie and Ashley are working in the witches' attic.
• Ollis will bring back the voodoo booth.
• The haunted house needs an adult lead.
• Photo booth will be back. A backdrop is needed, and we need a empty spot to take the photos.
• No candy corn, and no hay.
• If anyone has ideas for outdoor decorations, they're more than welcome
• The reiki booth neds to be downsized. There may be a second tarot booth needed.
• The bookstore will be back.

Buildings and Grounds

Normally the 2nd Saturday every month, 9 am. Come lend a hand or two.

New Business

CUUPS Council update: Ruth Davis is now on council as our librarian. She has also had her second degree elevation recently.

Chris has a CD of the Fionn workshop availible for anyone who would like a copy. Just give her a blank CD in return for the one she uses.

Phoenix Phyre-Festivals

November 8th - 12th 2006 in Georgia, check out phoenixfestivals.com for more info.

The calendar has been set for 2007. The Witches masquerade directly conflicted with the date for Full Moon Celebration, so for October 2007 the masquerade will be on October 27th and Full Moon Celebration will be on October 20th.
