Introductions and Overview

Financials

Up to date $1962.70 thus far plus $50 for a houseblessing. $1200 was expected to bring in. Silent Auction brought in $562.52. Goal exceeded.

Education

Class schedule for the year:
August 7th, a class on oil blending.
September, no meeting
October 2nd, a calss on Candles and Spells by Loren
November 6th, a workshop on making wands and staffs
December 4th, a class on Kitchen Witchery

Ritual Commitee

The ritual calendar for 2006 is full.

July ritual will be performed by Sacred Woods Coven, Headed by Lady StarPuma.

August ritual will be performed by Between Worlds Coven

September ritual will be performed by As Always Coven

October ritual will be performed by Circle of One.

November ritual will be a Bardic Circle Led by Lord Sunfire.

December ritual will be performed by Sacred Oaks Circle.


Out Reach

Drumming circle & discussion is on a summer break, if there's enough interest, the regular drum circles will resume November 27th.

Witches' Masquerade

Vicki will decorate the church front.
Amy will be doing the signage for Diagon Alley.
Diana will be handling money out front.
Jim will be working on the haunted dome with any volunteers.
Kelly has offered to work a Rune booth.
We need large cardboard pieces for the village.
We will do two tarot booths this year.
Virginia will work the pendulum booth.
Ruth is making capes and scarves.
We need a Harry Potter backdrop for the photo booth.
Amy suggested that we have a Haunted Quidditch Pit outside.

Buildings and Grounds

Normally the 2nd Saturday every month, 9 am. Come help the muggles.

New Business

CUUPS Council update: Ruth Davis is now on council as our librarian. She has also had her second degree elevation recently.

Phoenix Phyre-Festivals

November 8th - 12th 2006 in Georgia, check out phoenixfestivals.com for more info.

Chant books are being redone by Amy, we'll need copies to share.
