Financials

Up to date $5714.66 thus far. $1200 was expected to be brought in.
Goal exceeded.

Education

Class schedule for the year:
November 6th, a workshop on making wands and staffs
December 4th, a class on Kitchen Witchery
First Quarter 2007 is Wicca 101
Wicca 101 teachers meeting to be scheduled.

Ritual Commitee

The ritual calendar for 2007 is full.

July ritual will be performed by Sacred Woods Coven, Headed by Lady StarPuma.

November ritual will be a Bardic Circle Led by Lord Sunfire.

December ritual will be performed by Sacred Oaks Circle.

January Through April 2007 are full

Rituals are by invitation only – Wicca 101, SOC and Circles in the Woods fill a few and others are requested by grous we wre aware of and think may do a nice job.

Out Reach

Masquerade is the same night as ritual. Ritual will still be heald, logistics to be worked out. They will occurr on the same night. There will be no admission charge for ritual.

Drumming circle & discussion is on hiatus.

Buildings and Grounds

Normally the 2nd Saturday every month, 9 am. Come help the muggles.

Chant books are being redone by Amy, we'll need copies to share.

Goddess Gathering the new CUUPS-affiliated womens only group did not send a representative to this meeting. Chant books to come -- Amy and Jamie working on them.
