Introductions and Overview

Financials
Year-to-date 2006 CUUPS has generated $5844.66 excluding pledges so the goad was exceeded. This does not include the money from November's Staff and Wands workshop or tonights workshop.
The UUCT board has requested that we increase expected income to $4000 in 2007 since we have been meeting that goal. This was discussed that it made sense however some would be more comfortable if it was only increased to $3000 or $3500 because we would be more confident.

Rituals are by invitation only – Wicca 101, SOC and Circles in the Woods fill some rituals and other groups are invited for the remaining dates.
Wicca 101 will be the 1st and 3rd Mondays in January, February and March
Wicca 101 teachers met and updated the web page.
April 2nd Dance of Life (Eagle and the Owl)
May 1st, Sewing Robes
No suggestions were made for other classes in 2007
January 6 ritual will be a Animal Totem meditation led by Auraine
February 3 ritual will be Sacred Oaks Circle Dedications
March 3 ritual will be Sacred Woods Coven, The Dance of Life, Eagle and the Owl
March 31 ritual will be Greensong Grove
April 28 ritual will be the Wicca 101 class - Beltaine
Out Reach
Witches Masquerade is the same night as Full Moon Celebration. Ritual will still be held as part of the activities; logistics to be worked out. It will be held outside and there will be no admission charge if attending only the ritual .
Drumming circle & discussion is on hiatus. We encourage everyone to attend Nite Hawks drumming classes at Magikal Scents
Buildings and Grounds
Normally the 2nd Saturday every month, 9 am. Come help the muggles. Also, Willow as begun working on the herb garden. This area is CUUPS responsibility so come by and help. This could even be watering on occassion.

Chant materials were put in notebooks and delivered to the music room with a note that they have been donated by CUUPS.
Goddess Gathering had attended October meeting requesting CUUPS affiliation, however CUUPS has released them because they weren't sure they wanted that affiliation and are considering other alternatives.
