Financials

Year-to-date 2007 CUUPS has generated $1207.06 to date. We're still $2800 short of our goal.

No suggestions were made for other classes in 2007, although they are welcome!

Ritual Commitee

The ritual calendar 2007 -
April 28th ritual will be the Wicca 101 class - Beltaine
June 2nd ritual the Pagan Redneck Ritual by popular request
June 30th ritual will by presented by As Always Coven
July 28th ritual will be presented by Shalee Coven
August 25th ritual will by presented by Circle of One
September 29th ritual will be presented by Sacred Oaks Circle led by mayd heron and Knightsphyre
October 27th ritual will be a mini-ritual outside
November 24th ritual will be a bardic circle
December 22nd ritual is still open.

Rituals are by invitation only – Wicca 101, Sacred Woods Coven, Sacred Oaks Circl, and Circles in the Woods CUUPS fill some rituals and other groups are invited for the remaining dates.

Out Reach

Witches Masquerade is the same night as Full Moon Celebration. Ritual will still be held as part of the activities; logistics to be worked out. It will be held outside and there will be no admission charge if attending only the ritual .

Drumming circle & discussion is still on hiatus. Discussion about bringing this back are still underway.

Buildings and Grounds

Normally the 2nd Saturday every month, 9 am. April 14th is a special cleanup to try and spruce up the church. Also, Willow is still working on the herb garden. This area is CUUPS responsibility so come by and help. This could even be watering on occassion.

Mary Francis has donated a sponsorship to the Witches Vocie, good for a year.

The next silent auction is set for June 30th. Please bring any items you would like to donate.

The first weekend in October is Pagan Pride at the UU Church of Clearwater.
