Financials

Year-to-date 2007 CUUPS has generated $1,641.50 to date. We're still $2,358.50 short of our goal.
Last silent auction, we took in a bit over $158.00 and we haven't used any of our budget.

IA Status Update
CUUPS National has lost it's Independent Affiliate (IA) status with the UUA
CUUPS is looking at joing a coalition of spiritual groups to regain that, but UUCT has told us that it will not affect the standing or activities of Circles in the Woods CUUPS.

Ritual Commitee

The ritual calendar for 2007:
July 28th ritual will be presented by Shalee Coven -- Please bring canned food to donate to a local charity
August 25th ritual will by presented by Circle of One
September 29th ritual will be presented by Sacred Oaks Circle led by Mayd Heron and KnightsPhyre
October 27th ritual will be a mini-ritual outside
November 24th ritual will be a bardic circle
December 22nd ritual is still open.

Rituals are by invitation only – Wicca 101, Sacred Woods Coven, and Sacred Oaks Circle fill some rituals and other groups are invited for the remaining dates.

Out Reach

Dianna Stevens will direct the admissions desk and monetary stuff. Mary will ask Rev Z to judge the costume contest. Mary will work on signs. Al and Sherry will direct and run the haunted house. Mary has a template for the stones to give to Jim Caldwell when he recovers.

Jerry Elsenrath will again assist with lighting. Mary will check with local shops to get live herbs. Vicki will run the bookstore. Gina, Virginia and Robin Leigh will read Tarot. Kelli Lopardo is running a rune booth.

Lynn Parrish, Dawn and Ruth will make baked goods. Other baked goods are more than welcome.

Witches Attic will be a potions shop.

Amy, Al and Jim are creating outside decor.

Food: We can potentially have a potato bar, stew and rolls. Turkey Legs are no longer availible. We'll revisit this at a later masquerade meeting. Ashley volunteered to tend bar if necessary.

Next Masquerade planning meeting is August 19th after service.

We will have a masquerade work day to decorate the church on Oct 26th

Buildings and Grounds

Normally the 2nd Saturday every month, 9 am. Come and help keep up the church! -- CUUPS members are especially wanted in September and October to help clear the grove in preperation for the October ritual.

New Business

The next silent auction will be at the November ritual.
