Introductions and Overview

Year-to-date 2007 CUUPS generated approximately $6425.00. We exceeded our goal.
For 2008, we've brought approximately $1300 and our goal is $1500 for the year, so we're doing well. $35.00 of the $250 budget has been spent for the annual CUUPS dues.
CUUPS National
CUUPS National has revised their address. The new form is on their web site http://www.cuups.org, or you can see a member of the CUUPS council for a form.
Education Class schedule for the year:
Thoughts for the rest of the year are welcome. Suggestions were given by the Wicca 101 class. A few suggestions given were for Wicca 201 classes, Divination, and others.
May will be a Pendulum Workshop
Cakes for the Queen of Heaven is a European based Goddess worship program. Mary has information on the program and would like for CUUPS to teach this course, but is still looking for a good time to get the five-session course booked. Ollis will present this as an Adult RE opportunity.

Ritual Commitee
The ritual calendar for 2008:
April 19th ritual will be presented by Sacred Oaks Circle with the Wicca 101 class members.
May 17th ritual will be presented by Shalee Coven
June 21st ritual will be led by Shining Wheel
July 19th ritual will be led by Sacred Oaks Circle led by Katryna
August 16th ritual is still Open
September 13th wll be led by Synergy Circle
October 11th will be led by Circle of One led by Astara Set Aset
November 15th will be a Bardic Circle led by Lord Sunfire
December 13th will be led by As Always Coven
Ollis has a group from Orlando that would like to perform a public ritual, he will contact them for a tentative date.
Rituals are by invitation only – Wicca 101, Sacred Woods Coven, and Sacred Oaks Circle fill some rituals and other groups are invited for the remaining dates.
Out Reach
None running at this time. Jamie will get flyers printed and in the foyer.
Buildings and Grounds
Normally the 2nd Saturday every month, 9 am. Come and help keep up the church!
Anyone who has gardening experience is welcome to hlp weed the herb garden. Please be aware many herbs look like weeds.
