Introductions and Overview

Financials
For 2008, we've brought approximately $1700 and our goal is $1500 for the year, so we're doing well. $35.00 of the $250 budget has been spent for the annual CUUPS dues. The Masquerade ball has a seperate budget, but CUUPS will still get credit for the money raised.
Education Class schedule for the year:
July will be a Wand Making Workshop
Cakes for the Queen of Heaven is a European based Goddess worship program. Mary will order the program and would like for CUUPS to teach this course, dates for this five-session course will be in September/October.
TONIGHT: Will be Candle Magick & Spellwork by Sirona
August will be a Corn Dollies Workshop
No Meeting in September
October will be Cauldron Magick
November is open, but ther are a few ideas
December will be Kitchen Witchery
Ritual Commitee
The ritual calendar for 2008:
June 21st ritual will be led by Shining Wheel
July 19th ritual will be led by Sacred Oaks Circle
August 16th ritual will be led by WitchCrafters
September 13th wll be led by Synergy Circle
October 11th will be led by Circle of One led by Astara Set Aset
November 15th will be a Bardic Circle led by Lord Sunfire
December 13th will be led by As Always Coven
Rituals are by invitation only – Wicca 101, Sacred Woods Coven, and Sacred Oaks Circle fill some rituals and other groups are invited for the remaining dates.

None running at this time. Jamie has placed CUUPS brochures in the foyer.
Buildings and Grounds
Normally the 2nd Saturday every month, 9 am. Come and help keep up the church! Inside and outside jobs are always availible. There is a setion under "About Us" at http://www.uutampa.org that lists things that need to be done.
Anyone who has gardening experience is welcome to hlp weed the herb garden. Please be aware many herbs look like weeds.
New Business
Witches Masquerade Planning Meetings have begun. Ronnie and Jay Kirchheimer have stepped up to work on the small dome. Ideas included a haunted house or possbily a bunch of children's games. Help is needed to put up the village set the day before, as well as many other smaller jobs. Contact Mary to volunteer at gldnpuma@earthlink.net. Ideas on food are needed. things mentioned included chili, a baked potato bar, bread or rolls, and salad. The next meeting is June 15, 12:30 PM
