Biography/Background: |
The RattleSnake returned to the Wrestling Scene in mid 99 to capture the SWA Death Match Title one one occasion and the SWA World Title on three occasions, he then went on to the CCF and captured there world title on two occasion's, moved to the EOW captured there world strap while also wrestling for the AWZ capturing both there IC strap and World Strap, left both federations wrestled briefly in IPW and there sister promotion the IWA, took the later part of 99 off, returned to EOW was screwed in the final round of the EOW world title tournament, moved on to capture the SSW World Title, the federation closed and the RattleSnake inked a deal with the UWA, shortly after he captured there Cruiserweight title, during his UWA stint also manages to capture the UWA Title making him a 9 time world champion.
After retiring from the UWA in mid 2000, long time friend Polar contacted him asking him to come to the EOW to join him in January 2001. The group never fully materialize as Polar had a falling out with EOW's owner Keith Karnage. The RattleSnake wen't on to work the promotion while once again joining the UWA. His role's in both the companys were very much the same. To play a top level angle and drive the new comers in the company to excell. Upon his return to the sport the Rattlesnake made it clear to both company heads he had no desire to hold the strap and be fully committed to their needs and demands. For the first time in his career he was able to give back to the people and the companys who helped make him what he is today. However the RattleSnake had a falling out with management in the EOW and left the company, shortly after he revoked his active duty status in UWA as well stating that UWA has always been the place that he call's home he just feels that it's times to look into building a new house. Speculations all over the internet have placed him in several companies such as 187, XCW, and PPW. While everyone of these thoughts were nothing more than speculation the RattleSnake stated on several ocassions that he would like to make his way to Smack:CCW. The Former 10 Time World Champion did just that. He signed with Tim Jones promotion only to find that he didn't really fit in. He enjoyed working with time a various other Smack:CCW talents but he felt something was missing.
It was then the unthinkable happned. Creative head of the WPW and personal friend to the RattleSnake Arron Michaels contacted the former ten time world champion and he began to try and rebuild the bridge between Snake and the WPW. Many thought that it was too badly burned. However Lonewolf and the RattleSnake bouth excepted blaim for the past and decided that it was best that they leave it there. Shortly afte the Snake was offered a WPW contract, after much contemplation he excepted and returned after about a three week lay off just after febuary of 2001. The Snake hit the fed by storm capturing it's World title in his third week at a PPV, then successfully defending it until dropping the strap to Anakin Belovue. As tension began to grow between Snake and the Untouchable, the Snake was once again at a cross roads. He again took some time off to contemplate his career. It was then that former Cult Member Teias reuinited with Syfer to form a new version of the legendary stable. As the Snake sat back, watched and listened he realised that he didn't exactly like what he was hearing, and he noticed that nobody could do anything to stop them.
Lonewolf concated the Snake in late June and begin to renegotiate his contract giving Snake a little more creative control over his character in a non title capacity. Snake then seized the oppurtunity to return. Last week he and Syfer battled to a no contest due to extensive interfearance on the part of Teias. This week the RattleSnake faces a new challenge to WPW, Reno Hodges, as he seeks to over come the WPW new comer he has also vowed that at the up and coming Inferno Show he will put a end to the group he started long ago. |
